Understanding consumer problems between different assembly lines and fix problems.
ACTIONS
Adaptation of automation, reviewing operating parameters, comparing identical production lines with different energy costs, consumption optimization. Project managed by the internal engineering services in collaboration with Enefgy managers.

Monitoring a network of 330 plants with a large dispersion and management problems.

Regular monitoring of consumption, validation of energy efficiency solutions, small investment optimization, consumer awareness of employees, and more.
LEARNED LESSONS
It is not necessary to measure all sub-circuits to control facilities, nor a massive deployment, although energy x-ray allows gaining each business unit necessity.

The struggle between maintenance and end customers to develop energy management plans.
ACTIONS
Project in 60 buildings with 157 measuring points. Operating at 100% in less than three months, based on optimizing the use of air conditioning program technical rooms. Adjust parameters to operating system without investment.

Consumption in standby or also known as ghost-consumption can be made due to many factors, but sometimes the most unusual and easier to manage allows much greater savings without investment.

Develop a simple communication for students to learn how with little effort it is possible to greatly reduce the energy footprint.

Analysis of consumption across all buildings of the university and turn everything into visual systems throughout the university, with signage and simple reports to reach a more simple people.

The most basic communication technologies are the most robust in sparsely populated environments. The lack of control of consumption leaves incredible opportunities arising from rebalancing phase, use of renewable energy supplements and evidently behavioral measures of common sense, but difficult to implement if there is no evidence and monitored data.
